Key Responsibilities:

Lead pre-contract activities across Saudi Arabia, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies.

Provide support during project execution and post-contract phases as required.

Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to drive commercial consistency, including the rollout of Commercial Awareness Training.

Contribute to and support risk management efforts, safeguarding the interests of both KBR and its clients.

Work across multiple entities in the Kingdom, ensuring robust commercial practices and alignment with international standards.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Solid Experience in commercial roles, ideally within the Middle East.

Strong background in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and commercial strategy.

Demonstrated ability to operate across the full contract lifecycle - from tendering through to final close-out.

Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage complexity and competing priorities.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of operating independently while also driving cross-functional collaboration.
