Context and environment

- Onshore operation in Iraq (Basra region), with more than 300 wells drilling campaign (open yard from 10 000 to 30 000 sqm)

- Ratawi oil field development support (CPF1 then CPF2, 3 drilling rigs at the same time)

- Cooperation with 3 Projects: Solar power plant, Water Injection plant, Gas Processing Plant

Activities

Job dimensions

- Working location: Logistics Base; Working regime: rotational

- Part of the Logistics Base team:

o Activity: Support of Ratawi field (CPF production facility and Wellpads)

o Storage and preservation of equipment and spare parts in the Logistics base (warehouses and open yard)

o Manage a team of riggers, helpers (6 to 10 people)

- Support to TotalEnergies Projects in Iraq: GMP, WIP and Solar Power Plant (if required)

Activities

HSE & Security:

- Ensure Lifting and Handling operation is performed according Affiliate Lifting Management System

- Know and apply HSE rules within Logistics Base activities (loading/offloading, forklift and crane operation, trucks circulation)

Operation:

- Work on Logistics Base open-yard for safe and efficient storage of OCTG, X-Tree, Wellheads equipment, and Production bulky items (pressure vessels, manifolds, pumps, large diameter valves)

- Support Open Yard Supervisor in the management of the pipe-yards (Logistics Base, Al Majal camp, Ex Saipem yard)

- Liaise with Interface Coordinator about deliveries planning, for adequate preparation: workforce, lifting means (crane, forklift), accessories (slings, wood dunnage for racks, etc),

- Organize transport solution through affiliate Transport team, for equipment and goods deliveries to internal stakeholders (Production, Drilling, HSE, Construction), but also Projects (AGUP ph2, GMP, Solar, WIP) if required

- Involved in materials counting during the annual audit inventory, and/or any ad-hoc audits, with Partners and Auditors

- Ensure Equipment Preservation procedures are fully applied (assets integrity)

- Report to Open Yard Supervisor for HSE and daily tasks

Accountabilities

- Efficient and safe equipment deliveries at the Logistics Base though coordination with internal and externals stakeholders

- Accurate set of shipping documents for each material, and proper archiving

Candidate Profile

Qualifications/Experience required

- 10 years experience in Oil & Gas sector

- Field experience of piping and casings racking

- Knowledge of Lifting & Handling rules (within major Projects or IOCs)

- Excellent practice of Microsoft office pack (Excel/Word/Power Point)

- Easy public relations skills to interface with internal entities

- Autonomous to conduct all tasks by himself

- Fluent in English, French and Arabic are a plus

Note: This position is open to Iraqi nationals only.

Priority will be given to candidates from Basra.
