As an Operations Manager, you will be the senior partner to our customer, responsible for maximizing the production output of the wind farm and delivering against safety, quality, schedule, and profit targets.

• Meaningful Project: You will set the standards, expectations, guidelines, and culture to achieve incident and injury-free service project execution in alignment with SGRE's #HomeSafe values.
• Impact: Your leadership will ensure a productive and positive working relationship with our customers, maximizing both customer and SGRE value.
• Team Culture: You will mentor and develop site team members, fostering a culture of open communication and visible presence.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Provide strategic leadership, improvement, management, governance, and planning of wind farm operations to ensure maximum availability and cost optimization.
• Regularly report updates to senior management on progress against KPIs and actions to drive improvement.
• Manage financial performance and budgetary management, optimizing gross profit and cash flow while delivering against growth and budget targets.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Proven experience in Operations Management, ideally in a large and complex environment with full responsibility for commercial results.
• A track record of building and maintaining motivated and committed teams, particularly in a safety-critical environment.
• Strong understanding of standard safety, financial, and operational performance metrics, with the ability to influence them.
