The Process Excellence team is a unit functioning under the Procurement Excellence department within Global Procurement. We are responsible for managing source-to-pay and other procurement support processes, and providing technical and operational support to key system platforms such as SAP Ariba. We also support different project initiatives related to digitalization and automation, and engage with the different Commodity Teams, Regional Procurement Organizations, Global IT, and Group & Regional Finance in facilitating global process implementation, continuous improvement, and process compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and adoption of new procure-to-pay processes
• Manage compliance with procurement processes: sourcing, contracts, purchase requests, purchase approval/orders, audit compliance, and high data quality
• Interact with stakeholders to enhance and implement process improvement objectives
• Understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the business processes
• Assist in periodic audits of Global Procurement as needed and take necessary steps to correct any discrepancies
• Participate in projects of all functional areas across the organization

Qualifications

• 3+ years of work experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, or Finance
• Experience in Business Process Management
• Six Sigma Certification is beneficial, but not a requirement
• Project Management skills
• Knowledge of systems such as ARIS/MS Visio or other process modelling tools
• Technical knowledge of Ariba and SAP
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management or any related field

Competencies

• Experience in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean)
• Process modelling and analysis skills, including but not limited to process improvements, gap analysis between current and future state, along with root cause analysis
• Thorough working knowledge of modeling tools like ARIS, Visio, etc.
• Business Process Review experience and able to translate business requirements to optimum solutions, adhering to quality standards
• Proficient in analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail
• Effective ability to prioritize and deliver results
• Effective communication and reporting abilities
• Customer-centric and results-oriented individual
