For our Motion Services Division, w e are seeking a visionary and results-driven global leader to head our Operations function , shaping the strategic direction and execution of core operational processes across all Business Lines. This pivotal role defines and drives the global operating model, ensuring excellence in quality, continuous improvement, enterprise architecture, and service delivery. As a key member of the leadership team, you lead cross-functional teams, set global standards, and enable consistent, customer-centric operations that support long-term business success.
As global Operations Manager , you are responsible for overseeing the Operations function across all Business Lines, with a mandate to define and implement a unified operating model that ensures consistency, efficiency, and excellence. The scope includes the strategic development and governance of core and common processes, tools, and ways of working, encompassing areas such as quality, warranty, continuous improvement, process development, enterprise architecture, delivery performance, productivity, information systems architecture, and master data management.
You set and drive the global operations strategy in close collaboration with Business Lines, establishing clear targets and KPIs to measure performance and progress. You play a critical role in supporting the execution of operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational excellence.
In addition, the position is accountable for setting standards, capabilities, and policies for the MOSE division, establishing guardrails and frameworks that promote consistent customer experience and streamlined operations. It also includes the development of processes that enable scalable, high-quality service delivery.
To ensure compliance and operational integrity, you lead audits of core processes across business lines and local units, verifying adherence to license-to-operate requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the service strategy as part of the management team, aligning vision, architecture, and implementation.
- Lead a cross-functional team including front-end operations, IS, global processes, tools, and master data to drive service excellence.
- Translate internal and external customer needs and market trends into effective service processes and applications.
- Embed the customer journey into all business processes, ensuring development priorities reflect customer value.
- Drive global service process development and continuous improvement, guided by strategy, user feedback, and best practices.
- Ensure seamless integration of data flows, alignment of business processes, and IS systems that effectively support operations.
- Own and advance master data excellence across the division.
- Benchmark against internal and external organizations to shape a forward-looking vision for service processes and tools.
Qualifications for the role
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex, global environments.
- Deep expertise in service business operations, with a demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Proven success in leading transformational change and driving continuous improvement initiatives across diverse geographies and functions.
- In-depth knowledge of service business processes within the relevant industry, with experience serving as a subject matter expert in aligning operations with long-term business objectives .
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action and execution.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization.
- Strong affinity for business process development at the intersection of business and information systems, with a keen understanding of digital enablement.
- Experience in front-end sales or customer-facing roles is considered a strong advantage.
