Position Summary: KBR is seeking a full-time Operations Research Analyst to provide analytic expertise and support to the program manager on projects within the AFGSC A5/8 Plans, Programs and Requirements Directorate, in support of the Commercial Capabilities Integration & Transition (CCIT) Director. This individual will provide support to multiple technology programs and work with our growing team through research and development, prototyping and technology assessment, the creation of digital engineering standards, models, analysis, and experimentation. KBR desires an individual with a strong math and operations research background, test experience, and preferably experience at AFGSC. The role will primarily be onsite, with some flexibility for remote work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, interpret, and apply operations research methods, and procedures and recommend effective solutions.
- Formulate new procedures and methods to answer questions, collect data, and assess projects.
- Conduct studies to evaluate, inform, and improve decision-analytic models.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and professional developments to serve as technical expert on model simulations.
- Support development of test plans.
- Integrate data into probability statistics to identify trends or relationships among variables.
- Translate work tasks into work requirements in support of client projects.
- Work and coordinate closely with government SMEs and analysts.
- Communicate standards and parameters to team members and project managers.
- Prepare briefings, papers, and summaries necessary to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

- Location: Onsite with the possibility of hybrid work
- Travel Requirements: Minimal
- Working Hours: Standard
Qualifications:
Required:
- 15+ years of relevant DoD experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior DoD leaders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in a collaborative environment
- Master's Degree in operations research, mathematics, or other equivalent technical field
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
Desired:
- Knowledge of Air Force Global Strike Command operations.
- MAJCOM, Combatant Command, Joint or Higher Headquarters staff experience.
- DoD test and evaluation experience.
- Government contracting experience.
- Active TS/SCI
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and innovation.
