Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Costpoint Financial Systems Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between IT development teams and business units. In this role, you will support the development, implementation, and enhancement of financial systems-primarily Deltek Costpoint-to ensure they align with evolving business needs and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new financial systems and enhance existing Costpoint functionality.
• Analyze system requirements, evaluate new applications, and recommend effective solutions that support business goals.
• Use specialized knowledge to solve complex issues and guide the daily operations of financial systems support.
• Prioritize and manage tasks to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
• Interpret internal and external business challenges to develop and implement best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to team development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and overall business strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, with a strong focus on Deltek Costpoint.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience leading or supporting system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
