Our Market-to-Order digital product teams support the full sales journey - from account engagement to contract execution. As part of the Sales CLM team in Digital Solutions, you'll help digitize and streamline the contract lifecycle, while ensuring a seamless, outcome-driven collaboration across Sales, Legal, Service, Construction, and other digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and digital product teams to enhance CLM processes and tools
• Lead super user communities and drive adoption of CLM best practices across the organization
• Develop and maintain training materials, onboarding guides, and stakeholder-facing resources (e.g., SharePoint, FAQs, release notes, roadmap updates)
• Support data migration, contract template updates, and process optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Construction and Process Excellence teams to align on contract workflows and compliance standards
• Prioritize and coordinate testing of new CLM features and enhancements
• Ensure adoption metrics are implemented before releases and track results for data-driven improvements

Qualifications

• Relevant academic background in Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, process optimization, or digital transformation - preferably in contract-heavy environments
• Familiarity with CLM platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM, Conga, Ironclad, RCA), or with contract-related processes in ERP, CRM, or document management systems
• Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams

• Solid critical thinking; analysis, and long-term problem-solving abilities, especially in contract and process design
• Skilled in engaging stakeholders and communicating with clarity and a data-driven approach across functions
• Capable of translating business needs into scalable digital solutions
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
