The Service Operations Manager will lead the Measurement Solutions (MSOL) Service function across North MEA. This role is responsible for managing Field Service Leaders and Engineers who deliver a range of field services, including start-ups, troubleshooting (break-fix), and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA). The Manager will also be accountable for the Service Profit and Loss (P&L) performance in the region.

The Service Operations Manager will lead the Measurement Solutions (MSOL) Service function across North MEA. This role is responsible for managing Field Service Leaders and Engineers who deliver a range of field services, including start-ups, troubleshooting (break-fix), and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA). The Manager will also be accountable for the Service Profit and Loss (P&L) performance in the region.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Advise and manage the MSOL Field Service business in North MEA region as a profit and loss service operation. Supervise the performance of direct Service Leaders, Engineers and LBPs.
- Support LCS Leader in management reporting of Service important metrics.
- Responsible for all operational aspects of the field service dispatch process flow, manage Engineers scheduling based on service requests and ensure timely booking and billing of field services.
- Responsible for quality control and the implementation of the standard processes and procedures in all service work areas.
- Maintain a safe and balanced work environment and ensure all Engineers align with internal policies and Health & Safety requirements.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) in accordance with contract/AMC scope and Terms & Conditions.
- Develop and implement efficiency and cost reduction plans through the application of lean service principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Collaborate closely with and support Service Sales, Regional Sales, and end customers in developing and gathering new service business opportunities.
- Responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff for all field services, site training, and support functions.
- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure the attainment of company LCS sales goals and profitability.
- Develop strong customer relationships to ensure long-term customer dedication and growth of the service business.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Qualified in an Engineering field (Instrumentation/Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical) or Equivalent Experience
- A proven track record in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Minimum of 10-12 years' service experience serving a process industry, with at least 2 years in handling a service operation.
- Hands on supervision of field service and field installation of MSOL products and systems as well as sound solid understanding of service techniques, tools and procedures.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to be a great teammate.
- Must be proficient in the English language, both Written and Verbal
