Job Description

I. Job Summary
Provide administrative support for developing performance reports, managing CapEx and OpEx finance, fleet management (registrations, fuel costs, etc..), compliance reporting and operation support to field staff Supervisors and plant managers

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring all employees are setup/onboarded with proper PPE/communications registrations
• Responsible for administering operations fleet management
• Assists the region manager with coordinating major CapEx repair financial management
• Manage overall greenhouse gas and other compliance reporting for all WMRE sites
• Develop monthly performance reports, by facility, that can be reported to Corporate
• Develop regular reporting views and presentations that optimize performance messages to other parts of WM
• Lead and manage production forecasts and budgets with multiple divisions within WM
• Oversees daily activity of plant managers

III. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited)

Experience: Five (5) years of relevant work experience, in technology systems and operations

• 3 years in finance or accounting systems
• 2 years in leadership or Manager experience

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

None required.

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

• Strong technology skills, using Microsoft products, Oracle and various web-based services
• Strong communication skills via verbal and written technologies along with superior organizational skills
• Ability to work with various business units and vendors, as a team, in multiple time zones
