This is a critical leadership role that sits at the intersection of marketing and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel demand generation strategy to drive pipeline growth across all key segments and verticals.
- Lead and manage a team of demand generation managers and/or directors responsible for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and digital performance.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of programs across paid media, SEO/SEM, ABM, content syndication, email marketing, webinars, events, and more.
- Align closely with product marketing, content, and sales teams to ensure integrated, persona-driven campaigns tied to business goals.
- Own funnel metrics and marketing-sourced pipeline goals; use data-driven insights to optimize performance and budget allocation.
- Implementation best-in-class marketing automation and campaign operations using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Influ2, and others.
Business Development & SDR/BDR Team Oversight
- Lead the BDR team responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and early-stage qualification.
- Develop and refine prospecting workflows, playbooks, and outreach strategies in alignment with marketing campaigns and sales goals.
- Manage BDR hiring, training, performance, and career development to ensure productivity and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve lead handoff, ensure follow through, and measure conversion from MQL to opportunity.
- Define BDR KPIs, build dashboards and reporting tools, and continuously optimize for pipeline contribution.
- Identify opportunities for BDR support in strategic partnership outreach and channel development efforts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or business development, with at least 5 years in leadership role overseeing demand generation and/or development teams.
- Proven success in leading demand generation programs that produce measurable pipeline growth and revenue contribution.
- Experience managing high-performing teams, including demand generation managers/directors and BDR functions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles, especially in legal, compliance, or highly regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with modern martech and sales tech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, 6sense, Outreach).
- Analytical, data-driven decision-maker with excellent operational and strategic planning skills.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with a track record of working effectively across marketing, sales, product, and executive teams.
