Solar Installer Position

💰 Pay Range: Starting at $22/hour + Bonuses + Benefits

What You'll Do:

🏠 Install residential solar systems

🔨 Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

📐 Work with racking, wiring, and panel setups

🛻 Travel to job sites in company vehicles

What We're Looking For:

• No experience required, but if you have worked in roofing or construction, that's a plus!

• Comfortable working on roofs and in various weather conditions

• Strong work ethic and team-player mindset

• Willing to learn and grow
