Your role and responsibilities

Gather, analyze and manage business requirements and translate to implementation specifications of small enhancements or big projects. Work with business users and development teams to define clear and testable acceptance criteria. Collaborate with IS Service Managers to estimate and track team effort (capacity, status & velocity) for IS services development, change requests and releases. Understand complex application landscape and business needs based on which act on incidents and changes according to ABB IS Strategy. Perform a representing role for the application and promote it across the existing and potential user base, but also participate in creation and present solutions to the Business users. Acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop high quality products by actively following and applying current trends in software development best practices, technologies, and ABB standards. Work in a cross discipline team, using agile development methodology that requires active participation in all team's activities. Preparing costs and benefits analysis on systems.

Qualifications for the role

• You should have 3-5+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product/Project Manager role. IT background or equivalent in work environment.
• You must have fluent English communication both in speaking and writing with technical wording.
• You must have excellent communication skill that will help you in work both with business users and technical developers. You should have the ability to explain technical details
• You should have a degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• You should understand intercommunication between IT systems.
• You should have ITIL 4 foundation certification.
• You could have knowledge of Agile methodologies and BPMN or UML processes.
• You could have exposure to technologies like: API, JSON, XML, SQL DB.
