Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Lead the charge in identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities across target markets, including major law firms, corporations, accounting firms, and government entities.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring the delivery of high-impact consulting services that meet their needs.
- Market Expansion: Drive the firm's market presence by identifying emerging trends and opportunities in economic, financial, and strategic consulting. Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client portfolios.
- Engagement Leadership: Lead and manage consulting engagements, from proposal development to project delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including research, analysis, and delivery teams, to design and implement solutions that address complex client challenges.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility in the market. Contribute to the development of thought leadership content.
- Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed revenue targets set by the firm by effectively managing sales pipelines, forecasting revenue, and executing strategies to close deals.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by consistently delivering value-added services, addressing client concerns, and fostering a collaborative partnership.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a revenue-generating role within the consulting industry, with a focus on economic, financial, or strategic consulting. Proven track record of securing and managing high-value client relationships.
- Education: Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex client needs and provide tailored consulting solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Strategic thinking with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Leadership: Experience in leading teams, managing projects, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
