Summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our key flagship Client site on the iconic Battersea Power station. We are looking for a passionate Technical Operations Manager with experience in Facilities Services to work in the UK Headquarters on behalf of the world's largest American technology company.
In order to continue to enhance the high standards on this site we are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager. You will be joining us on the next phase of the journey to further grow the relationship with client as the client looks to elevate the offerings on site and improve the working environment for their workers.
As the Technical Operations Manager, you will have full accountability, responsibility, and ownership for the delivery of services on the contract. You will possess good technical and management skills and demonstrate the ability to working in a collaborative working environment.
You will be familiar with all current and future legislation regarding Building Regs, standards, CDM, Health, Safety & Environmental issues relating to technical activities, maintain ongoing awareness of national and international standards of technical expertise, reporting back to appropriate personnel any significant changes. You will offer Technical support for Engineers, including on site liaison and hands on assistance
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience of management of Facilities Management Contracts is essential
• The ability to influence change where required and build a strong client relationships
• We are looking for someone who can coach and develop their team to ensure you get the best out of that team
• Good communication skills with the ability to finding solutions
• Strong analytical skills with a strong bias towards commercial management
