Proposed tasks :

The primary objective of this internship is to support Reju in developing comprehensive market intelligence within the textile-to-textile recycling industry.

About Reju:

Reju is an innovative company dedicated to PET recycling (rPET) from textiles. Leveraging cutting-edge technology co-developed in a joint venture with IBM and Under Armour, along with Technip Energies global engineering and technology integration expertise, Reju aims to address the rapidly expanding global rPET market. The demand for rPET in the textile market is projected to grow up to 20 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) by 2033, driven by industry pledges, regulatory requirements, and increasing consumer awareness about the importance of reducing plastic waste.

Internship Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of Reju management and Technip Energies Business Analyst team, the intern will be responsible for:

Market and Competition Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market and competition analysis using both internal and external databases. This is especially crucial for a nascent market that is still evolving.
• Identify key market players, emerging competitors, and potential opportunities for Reju.

Industry Trend Scouting:

• Monitor and analyse new trends in technologies and business practices within the textile-to-textile recycling industry.
• Provide insights on technological advancements and innovative business models that could impact Rejus strategic direction.

Market Intelligence Database/ Dashboard Development:

• Develop comprehensive market intelligence database and dashboard to support strategic decision-making.
• Utilise analytical, automation, and artificial intelligence tools to enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Reporting and Presentation:

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for Rejus management and key stakeholders, summarizing key findings and strategic recommendations.
• Communicate complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.

This internship is part of a new initiative by the management to strengthen Technip Energies position in the global development of a sustainable economy. As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to:

• Gain hands-on experience in market intelligence, data analysis, and strategic planning.

Profile required :

• You are preparing for a degree of BAC+5 in engineering, science or business in a recognised institution (e.g. grande école in engineering or business).
• You have strong analytical ability, and are proficient in data collection and analysis tools.
• You have a passion for sustainable development technologies.
• You are curious, proactive, and adaptable, and you want to evolve in a multicultural work environment.
• You speak French and English fluently.
