• REN Business Unit:

1. REN is Total Energies' Division in charge of the development, construction, O&M, asset management and financing of renewable projects: large and small scale (distributed generation) solar, onshore and offshore wind, off-grid energy, storage.
2. Its strategic objective is to accumulate 35 GW by 2025, 100 GW of operational renewables by 2030 (end of April 2023 baseline : 18,2 GW)
3. Given this ambitious growth agenda, the rapid pace of operations, and the regular changes, agility and fast-learning are imperatives:

Activities

You will be expected to perform the following job duties as a Junior Business Analyst for Renewables:

• Support on the development of the project/tender preparation in coordination with the Business Developer (s) and other internal stakeholders
• Gather and analyze all the market information, and countries profiles
• Gather all project pipeline data for presentations
• Suggest and support project development timeline strategies
• Coordinate Investment Committees = meetings, check files, get the files on time
• Support investment committees = country market information
• Strict adherence to QHSE requirements with full authority to stop any operation for safety reasons

Support:

• Proactively organize the exchange of information with the headquarters
• Understands, analyzes, and explains the evolutions of the weekly and monthly results of the pipeline forecasting
• Ensure the continuity of the business day-to-day reporting
• Work on continuous improvement/simplification of processes notably via digitalization

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 0 to 3 years' experience in business or finance or technical profile; and experience of business analysis.
• Completed bachelor's degree.
• Flexible, resilient, constructive, organized, and reliable.
