General ManagementWe are seeking a Staff Systems Analyst to join the Product Lifecycle Management Portfolio in the IT department! The Systems Analyst is responsible for assessing and analyzing system needs and working with business and IT collaborators to develop system requirements and solution design. The Systems Analyst will work in an Agile Development team that develops and supports enterprise software solutions. This team is across various sites and time zones.
Ideal candidates are innovative self-starters who can quickly learn and demonstrate new technologies and techniques to assist the organization in meeting stated business goals and objectives! The candidate will possess strong competencies in building customer loyalty, communication, eye for business, continuous improvement, leading work, schedule management, decision making, prioritization, leading conflict and impact analysis.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Analyze, identify, and create requirements for solutions to business problems.
- Analyze and map system capabilities to create options to satisfy requirements or make trade-offs.
- Describe and communicate the potential impacts from system changes.
- Propose innovative operational changes including people, processes, and systems.
- Assist in cost/benefit analysis and process modeling.
- Enable smooth transition and readiness for the adoption of new capabilities in the business.
- Support an Agile development team through work with product owners and customers to enable implementation decisions.
- Provide input to product owner on system priorities to sustain current systems and prepare for future business demands.
- Communicate effectively within team and with other teams.
- Anticipate and mitigate project risk, document decisions, and handle change.
- Diagnose system and data issues and work across teams to resolve.
- Analyze, understand, and document the flow of information between applications, databases, and third party (client/vendor) systems for data and reporting.
- Prepare user acceptance tests and perform functional, acceptance and regression testing.
- Create mockups and/or wireframes to assist the development team in creating user interfaces.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- We highly value a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. However, if you have equivalent experience in these areas, we encourage you to apply.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
- 3+ years of experience in Systems Analysis.
- Demonstrated ability working with development teams.
- Understanding of how to apply the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understand impacts across systems, both upstream and downstream.
- Ability to understand and translate from business to system requirements.
- Ability to translate technical issues and limitations to product owner / business customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience with user acceptance test case development and testing.
- Experience with SQL language and databases is a plus.
