Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the local management of all project execution activities in the area of responsibility. Each day, you will ensure operations are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by coordinating and overseeing team development and standardized process development to continually improve the effectiveness of Project Execution teams. The work model for the role is: onsite/hybrid {insert Linkedin #} This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions (ELDS) factory in Bac Ninh - Viet Nam. You will be mainly accountable for: • Leading the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy for local or regional Project Operations. • Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements. • Overseeing and leading the local Project Execution team, ensuring that ABB policies are consistently followed. • Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role.
- Work experience in an English-speaking environment preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of technicians and engineers.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and improving client satisfaction.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
