Sr. Finance Systems Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mergers andAcquisition Finance Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will possess strong organizational skills and extensive experiencewith financial systems (ERP or EPM). This role requires excellent communicationskills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). The ability tocoordinate projects effectively is also essential.
Key Responsibilities
System Implementation: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems (ERP or EPM).
Data Management: Manage and analyze large data sets to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage various projects related to mergers and acquisitions.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the mergers and acquisitions process.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience with Financial Systems (ERP or EPM): Proven experience in utilizing financial systems to support business operations.
Proficiency in MS Office: Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Project Coordination: Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage projects effectively.
Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
Systems Integration: Experience with integrating various systems to streamline operations.
Mergers and Acquisitions: In-depth knowledge and experience in mergers and acquisitions processes.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex financial data.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Bachelor's Degree: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in mergers and acquisitions.Preferred Qualifications
Degree in Finance, IT or Accounting
Industry Experience: Previous experience in a Finance Systems role with a multinational company
