SCOPE OF WORK
TITLE OF THE SERVICE
LOGISTIC & SERVICES
Context
Development studies for Block 20/11 are performed by the GPI, which is a multi-disciplinary and dedicated structure, acting on behalf of the Affiliate (TEPA) in accordance with HQ processes in terms of methodology and governance. This choice is justified by project context, field complexity, and the overall project schedule (Fast-track project, 5 years from farm-in and operatorship transfer to First Oil).
The development consists of production by subsea wells to a spread-moored FPSO (75 kbopd, 60 kbop water injection, 400 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading) with a contextualized Technical Referential.
The development of Blocks 20/11 represents a potential cumulated investment during the 2025-2040 period. The SPS Package scope includes:
  • Development of Cameia and Golfinho phases (13-well greenfield deepwater development).
  • Engineering, procurement, fabrication, and delivery of WHs, PGBs, casing and tubing hangers, XTs, production/injection jumper connectors (XT end only), control components for production ILTs and FLETs, UTAs, UTHs, SDU, top-side control system (interfaced to ICSS), and all associated tooling.
  • THASs (tubing hanger adapter spools) for 2 ‘keeper’ wells.
  • Services to D&W, UFR, and FPSO installation operations during the project.
  • SERVICES for Life of Field.
The job holder will be located in Celle at the SPS contractor’s base, with few missions if required.
  • Deepwater SPS equipment fabrication and testing. High level of QA/QC performance objectives.
  • Transverse position with interfaces from various internal and external entities of the project.
  • Work in a dynamic environment developing an important project for the affiliate.

Duration: 36 months
Activities The position requires knowledge of SPS and UFR subsea deepwater systems. Under the responsibility of the IC SPS Delivery Lead, the Job Holder is responsible for:
  • Work by anticipation. Assess and identify risks for the activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level.
  • With the spirit of One the Client values, establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and work diligently to meet the project targets.
  • Keep all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activity status. Advise the Delivery Lead on logistics and services-related actions/decisions.
HSE
  • Promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by example to have team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSEQ rules and requirements.
  • Ensure that safe and ethical working practices are carried out within the activities he/she is managing or interfacing with. Guarantee compliance in his/her activities.
  • Ensure compliance and application of the Client’s E&P 12 Golden Rules.
  • Promote observation reporting system and evaluate the HSE practices and skills of the workshop personnel. (Readily report anomalies, malpractices, and positive observations on site).
  • Supervise day-to-day activities and witness contractor’s/subcontractors’ activities.
  • Ensure that personnel, equipment, and material are fit for purpose (e.g., training, medical, certification are up to date, etc.).
Logistics of Personnel
  • Support the Project Assistant with logistics administrative tasks (LOI, VISAs, accommodation booking, SURF booking, PTS update, etc.) and the mobilization IN/OUT of the country for the project personnel, when applicable.
  • Liaise with project planners for the validation of offshore missions.
  • Set up a register and reporting system to ensure tracking and improvement of personnel logistics processes.
  • Ensure stock of PPE is available for visitors in coordination with the HSE Lead, when applicable.
  • Ensure transportation from/to airport/accommodation is provided for project personnel and visitors, in coordination with the Project Assistant.
Logistics of Material
  • Act as the interface between Project SPS and SPS Contractor in all logistics-related topics.
  • Ensure equipment delivery notification and process is duly and timely followed in line with project planning (pre-shipment alert, ETA, ETD, Exo Letter validation, etc.).
  • Ensure material logistical operation support to/from offshore.
  • Set up a register and reporting system to ensure tracking and improvement of material logistics processes.
  • Ensure with DT/LOG that onshore/offshore logistic activities are planned and organized in line with offshore priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with the Client’s processes and procedures regarding logistics.
  • When relevant, ensure that the preservation of materials is properly done.
Deliverables
  • Demonstrate, individually, an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE rules and requirements.
  • Manage the logistics activities regarding personnel and material.
  • Reporting and KPI results.
  • Respect & commit to the project planning.
  • Work in close cooperation with the involved project packages.
  • Identify and highlight any major AOC to escalate the subject and propose solutions for the issues.
  • Develop project deliverables relating to the management of his activities (e.g., technical documents, contributions to reports, presentations, memorandums, REX, etc.).
Technical Requirements Qualification/Experience Required
  • Minimum of 5 years in Oil & Gas Projects.
  • Good knowledge of oil production site logistics is required.
  • Strong team spirit, good interpersonal skills, organization ability, and resourcefulness.
  • Problem-solving mindset and solution-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, dynamism, high motivation, “out-of-the-box” thinking, and ability to convince.
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
