We're looking for a Supply-Chain Planning Team Leader to help our client keep operations smooth, efficient, and always one step ahead. This role is all about connecting the dots, between demand and supply, raw materials and finished goods, planning and execution.
What you’ll be doing? You’ll be the heartbeat of production planning, building smart schedules, aligning with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our inventory stays healthy. You’ll also dive into data, track KPIs, and make sure our ERP/MRP systems are always on point.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage short-, mid- and long-range production schedules for the plant and core external vendors
• Balance demand signals with raw-material and finished-goods stocks, keeping inventory within agreed safety limits. 
• Track day-to-day schedule adherence and purchase-order milestones; coordinate with sourcing, production, quality and logistics teams to remove roadblocks. 
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards covering capacity, service levels and other planning KPIs. 
• Safeguard data integrity in the ERP / MRP system and lead the physical cycle counts and month-end stocktaking activities.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Packaging, Business or related). 
• At least three years of hands-on planning experience in a manufacturing setting; packaging background an advantage. 
• Solid English communication and advanced Microsoft Office skills. 
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude and ability to perform under tight timelines. 
• Living in or willing to relocate to Bac Ninh is preferred.
