Key Responsibilities:

• Fully understand and manage EPC Contract, OSM Agreement, and various Project Agreements.
• Organize and supervise the EPC Contractor's construction progress and quality of works, including commissioning until COD.
• Ensure compliance with all site HSE rules and regulations.
• Organize site layout, offices, and storage areas.
• Attend weekly site meetings and monitor EPC Contractor's work across disciplines.
• Provide inputs for monthly progress reports and verify EPC Contractor invoices.
• Manage on-site technical personnel in cooperation with the HR manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline of Engineering.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction of power plants.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong EPC background and experience.
• Knowledge of international standards and best practices in construction.
• IT proficiency, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel.
