Job Responsibilities: 
  • Monitoring the Contractor’s compliance with contractual requirements and QMS
  • Report to QA Manager (functional) and responsible Package Manager (operational) in Employer’s organization
  • Daily coordination with Contractor's site QAQC manager including site QAQC induction sessions, daily walk-around tours, and quality culture initiatives
  • Support quality audits conducted by Employer and participate in Constructor’s quality audits as Observer including follow-up with Contractor on actions raised.
  • Monitor implementation of Contractor/Supplier’s Method Statement, ITP and testing procedures and on other key construction and QC documents on site
  • Monitor progress of the works
  • Perform QC (H,W, M points) both on site and at supplier premises as per agreed ITP, including verification of quality records and certificates
  • Raise QHSE Observation Cards for any major issues observed on HSE or Quality for review and follow-up as per Project QHSE Observation Cards procedure and follow-up on other QAQC relevant Observation Cards raised by other Employer team members on site
  • Issue NCRs in case of major defects found, handle raised NCRs per Project NC Handling Procedure and follow-up on existing NCRs, including conducting RCA on major NCRs with Contractor QM on site
  • Prepare periodic QM reports for Employer including Project Findings List, and updated analysis on Q KPIs
  • Follow up on Punch lists and expedite closure where possible
  • Review and comment on As Built Record Packs and other quality related documentation submitted by the Contractor and his Subcontractors in liaison with the appropriate package engineers
  • Expedite any required quality documentation that is not forthcoming
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelors degree or technical diploma in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in QA and QC 
  • Experienced in the renewable industry
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
