Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for professionals with the following qualifications and experience:

Education:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Masters degree in Project Management or an MBA is an advantage.

Certifications:

• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.

Experience:

• 15 years of experience in project services management within the oil & gas industry, particularly in upstream and deep-water projects.
• Strong background in managing large, complex projects with multi-million-dollar budgets and international teams.
• Expertise in offshore oil & gas operations, especially deep-water projects.

Technical & Management Skills:

• Strong leadership & team management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills (verbal & written).
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex project environments.

Industry Standards & Safety Compliance:

• In-depth understanding of industry standards such as ISO, API, and HSE regulations.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols in offshore projects.
• Strong expertise in risk management strategies to mitigate budget, schedule, and safety risks.

International Experience:

• Previous experience working with global teams and managing projects across different geographical regions is a plus.
