In order to participate to our growth of Sub-Saharan Africa Business Unit, we are looking for a CSR Coach H/F .

This position is located OFFSHORE in ROTATIONAL MODE 4x4.

We need an experienced CSR (Contract Site Representative) / Maintenance Supervisor to provide coaching in maintenance processes and management.

The candidate must have been a CSR or Maintenance Supervisor on a GMC (General Maintenance Contract) for a minimum of 5 years.

The must be experienced in the following:

• CMMS
• Managing multi discipline maintenance teams
• Maintenance execution management
• Compliance with KPI's
• Maintenance planning and scheduling
• FPSO experience
• Offshore role to mentor and coach a new CSR in maintenance management.
