Appointed Person and/or Crane Supervisor (CPCS / NPORS or equivalent) • Rigging Competency (EAL / OPITO / ECITB etc.) • Banksman Slinger Competeny (EAL / OPITO / ECITB / CPCS etc.) Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours) • Extensive demonstratable working experience in lifting operations at senior or supervisory level, preferably with some exposure to the Middle East region. • Solid experience on construction lifting operations & protocols • Demonstratable experience working with a variety of mobile/crawler cranes and other heavy lift equipment. • Demonstratable knowledge of HSE and lifting related international legislation, standards and industry best practices. • Proven health and safety leadership skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to distill key messages in a clear and concise manner. • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, along with good attention to detail. • Demonstratable knowledge of lifting equipment and accessories inspection and discard criteria. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people through networking influencing, coaching and team-working. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
