• Develop safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with federal occupational health and safety laws and regulations. 
• Should be familiar with HSE practices and regulations, permit to work systems, isolation procedures and safe working practices in operating plants.
• Should have handled major Offshore works at site particularly in Middle East. 
• Organize safety training & programme at site for contractors & owners personnel involved in project and plant operations.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. NEBOSH, IOSH and OSHA Certified.

Minimum Overall 15+ years of oil & gas experience.

Must have previous experience minimum 5 years’ working in Offshore projects.

Proficiency in MS Office & MS Project.

Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Minimum 15+ years of oil & gas experience.
