OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER, FPSO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, INDIAN NATIONAL ONLY.
Provide overall management of the Facility, with direct functional responsibility for production, maintenance,
general services and safety. The OIM serves as the person in charge on the facility
1. Directs and coordinates the enforcement of safety rules and regulations to all teams
2. Leads the promotion of safety awareness and training among all staff to ensure continued readiness to
act in emergencies
3. Accountable for the development of the EG Nationals in all aspects of the operations
4. Manages, in coordination with the Operations Manager and the Field Wor5 k Team to ensure that
project, operations & maintenance activities are prioritized regarding
5. Directs site maintenance in the planning, scheduling and preparation for major shutdowns and start ups
6. Ensures that production reports are prepared that providing data on production levels and fluctuations
7. Analyses and evaluates procedures and equipment and recommends modifications to improve
standardization
8. Provides the information required to update all key performance indicators and setting / achieving /
surpassing monthly departmental goals and objectives
9. 9 Actively participates in the Producing Operations Best Practices effort to improve operations and
teams
EDUCATION REQUIRED
− B.S. or Higher; Engineering or related Science
based degree
SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED
- Regulations applicable to operations of
offshore oil & gas installations
- Five years of operating/engineering
experience with previous supervisory or
supervisory relief
- General competencies in marine, process,
utilities, safety and lifesaving systems as
well as Operations Integrity Critical
competency
- - Familiar with Drugs and Alcohol policy
requirements for offshore operations
