Rina is looking for a Offshore Construction Supervisor, to join an Oil&Gas project in Hazar, Turkmenistan.

Main Duties or Responsibilities

Operational: Perform and supervise construction operations; ensure that proper controls and standards are in place and all activities comply with company policy

Control: Monitoring performance and compliance and addressing problems as they arise

Management: Supervise construction team and manage resources

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 

Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction and project management including minimum of 5 years in a supervisory position. Experience with fabrication and installation of subsea pipeline, piping, heavy structure and diving activities in oil and gas installations.

Experience in oil and gas industry required, working overseas in difficult environmental, cultural and climatic conditions.
