JD：

1. Responsible for preparing the contract text, legal affairs, tax affairs, customs affairs and other related terms and risk identification of EPCC projects;
2. Responsible for monitoring the cost control and cost analysis of project design, acquisition, construction, offshore installation and commissioning;
3. Responsible for the identification, preparation and negotiation of project changes, and coordinating to solve the problems of plan, cost and other aspects in the execution of the contract;
4. Good communication and reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, negotiating contracts and changes with owners, communicating with relevant parties to implement contracts and change confirmation

Required Skills:

1. Familiar with international EPCC contracts, with years of experience in contract terms, change for preparation and negotiation;
2. Have the ability of risk analysis and early warning for cost composition and control, have a good understanding of project plan control and measurement methods, and have enough experience in contract cost and schedule setting;
3. Good English communication skills, good at finding contract boundaries from design, acquisition, and construction;
4. Good communication and coordination skills and team spirit;
5. Have certain knowledge of financial management and risk management.
