Project description:

The PROJECT comprises four (4) platforms including but not limited to topside, jacket and appurtenances, piled foundations, associated pipelines, PLEMs, tie-ins and brownfield modifications located in an oil field in Southeast Asia. mainly responsible for offshore transportation and installation work.

Work location: Guangzhou, China, require going overseas or offshore if necessary.

Responsibility: (including but not limited to)

• Assist QA/QC Manager in QA/QC activities during project execution.
• Develop QAQC documents including plans, procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), WPS etc. for transportation and installation activities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Verify that materials, processes, and final products meet quality specifications.
• Perform internal and external audits.
• Conduct inspections and tests.

Requirement:

• Language: Fluet English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), Chinese preferred (not mandatory).
• QA/QC Engineer shall be a graduate engineer in relevant discipline and have related experience in oil and gas or petrochemical industry construction projects for more than seven (7) years.
• Related offshore transportation and installation (T&I) experience.
• Familiar with offshore T&I operation process and related quality, welding and other regulatory requirements;
• Time: As per project schedule requirements.
• Possible to go overseas or offshore.
