Reporting To: Piping Engineer and General Support Team Foreman

Coordinates and execute, under supervision of General Services Supervisor and in agreement with the Company policies and HSE regulations, during plant normal operation or shutdown periods thefollowing tasks:

Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of worknecessary.

 Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc.

Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing oldpaint etc.

Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)

Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture

Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools

Participate on vessel activities for cleaning, painting, working in confined space or heights.

Perform fabrication, install thermal insulation on piping system, valves, vessels Evaluate required quantity Of paints and painting tools, for each kid of application

Apply varnish and other finishes as per procedures and technical prescription

Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions, aware about MSDS for material used.
