A degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline i.e., MSc, BEng, BSc (Hons) or similar.
• Able to communicate and demonstrate leadership experience across projects and teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to openly communicate with team members and peers.
• Ability to work within a team environment and be an active team member.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally and be relocated to work sites including offshore.
• Be able to work independently with little supervision but strong sense of responsibility.
• A good command of English both verbal and written.

 

Responsibilities:

Minimum 15 years of work experience in oil and gas of which 10 years must be related to upstream offshore sector. Project and operational Experience in a similar role with an Oil and gas Operator an advantage.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of subsea control systems in both shallow and deep-water environments.
• A good understanding of international subsea controls and umbilical Codes, standards and recommend of practices.
• Experience with the detailed design of offshore facilities, construction, commissioning and operations of the facilities.
• Intimate familiarity with offshore facilities design, fabrication, onshore testing, offshore installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, direct operations support, and trouble shooting.
• Experience with Brownfield modification and integration projects.
• Previous experience in gas field operation and facilities is an advantage.
• Working experience in South East Asia or China is an advantage.
