- Advise the client on all aspects of planning, schedule, and project control according to best industry standards
- Act as primary point of contact for Client for schedule, risk, change, document control and reporting matters.
- Conduct executive level presentations to the client management team to brief on the status of the programme, individual projects, Develop programme weekly and monthly executive dashboards.
- Provide strategic planning for the programme with respect to high-level milestones and critical path.
- Provide direct oversight and direction to planning/scheduling, risk management, document control and reporting.
- Effectively communicate the programme schedule to all stakeholders.
Work with associated teams to develop, periodically review, and improve project controls processes and procedures to be adopted across the Programme to achieve a consistent and coordinated approach, including:
Planning structure approach for PMO and PMC - Risk Management, Schedule Management
- Mentor and support Project Controls teams as required
- Accountable for Controls Disciplines resource management
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering
- PMP, PMQ or other professional certifications
- Chartership is preferred
- Minimum 15 years related experience in Project Controls.
- Must have a consultant and/or client background for a minimum of 5 years, preferably in a PMO/Programme Level.
5 years Middle East experience preferred
