Senior Readiness and Methods Engineer SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION · N 1: Lead, Recovery and Sustainability Project,· N 2: Head, Maintenance Recovery and Projects Readiness. ACCOUNTABILITIES General· Comply with HSE policies and procedures for delivery of high-quality service and a responsible environmental attitude,Methods & Reporting· Develop and maintain the project methodology: KPIs, analysis and support, process, and procedures,· Prepare all the analysis required for the scope selection based on the various data’s.· Lean Operating Model (LOM) follow up: Focal point on the Maintenance part (Meetings, data’s provision, analysis, andoptimization of the Maintenance plans).· Al Shaheen Asset Life Extension (AALEX): assistance on the analysis for the maintenance (Maintenance plan, Workload,Support).· In emergency basis, assistance for the MIEC on the review of SAP structure (BOM, Maintenance plan, SECE, functionalLocation).· Analyze the computerized maintenance system to optimize the maintenance methodology / procedures, PreventiveMaintenance Plans.· Review and provide recommendations for optimization of the strategy based on the platform’s configuration,· SECE: Verification & Optimization of PM Plans in line with OIAVS (Operational Integrity Assurance & VerificationScheme)· Ensure with the assistance of Discipline Leaders, the Maintenance Engineering of any modification & new projects,· Develop and maintain the reporting, completion forecast process and KPIs for the project,· Drive contractor’s reporting,· Prepare and Ensure report is communicated as per Company cycle: daily, weekly, monthly, BoD, 4M, close out report,· Participate to the project supplier’s qualification / evaluation,· Coordinate Project supplier performance assessment,· Develop and maintain the project technical procedures/standards,· Participate to Contractor performance evaluation,· Communicate with cost control responsible person in the team for progress achievement.Planning· Develop, maintain, monitor and control of NOC’s Recovery and Sustainability Project plans ensuring they are realistic,achievable and in line with NOC Corporate Planning cycles and business objectives,· Maintain updated project roadmap with KPIs to be reported to stakeholders.· Cover dual responsibility for planning (level 4 plan) and scheduling (SAP interface),· Update Schedule and S curves (DPR),· Ensure planning information is shared and updated with external entities including IOP process (5 weeks, 4 months, 2Years).
