No experience / No degreeFabric Maintenance Coating Superintendent JOB DESCRIPTION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES HSE · Drive an incident free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture.· Contribute to the development and execution of safe work processes, operating procedures, and guidelinesto ensure process safety, operational safety, and plant integrity.· Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure compliance to relevant health, safety(occupational & process) and environmental excellence procedures and controls within area of responsibilityto guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude. Main Role & Deliverables · Drive and Deliver Fabric Maintenance Safety, Quality, and Productivity within NOC· compliance and acceptable standard of workmanship that is uniformity is achieved throughout PerformanceRecovery and Project Readiness Projects of Continuous Improvements / Lessons Learned via the audit processof achieved works, access solutions, execution methodology processes.· Ensure all assigned Projects are compliant to all aspects of the NOC Standards for Coating, Insulation, FireProtection, Refractory Linings, Access, HSE, and Quality within the listed discipline activities as the NOC FMSuperintendent Focal Point whilst liaising with NOC Materials Lead/Team, Inspection Team, DepartmentLeads and Discipline Leads.· Accountable for all aspects of managing and guiding the offshore execution team to the day-to day FMactivities as required in line with approved NOC procedures and guidelines.· Deliver Back Log Project FM execution plan in line with set KPIs and agreed milestones· Ensure Contractor develops and manages painting quality control scheduled activities in line with hold pointsset out in ITP and endorse.· Participate to final close out QC report in respect of Quality Assurance objectives.· Review Contractors reports on performance and results, work in hands with Contractor to obtain a world classquality of services.· Ensure Contractor’s availability of manpower and equipment for ongoing project and ensure ordering is inline with planning gates.· Complete job-related risk assessments, hours and material estimation prior to start of tasks.· Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments and logging man-hours for relevantwork.· Ensure Contractor process guarantees that all tools, materials, and equipment are maintained and kept ingood condition.· Assist the team with all Contractual documentation from ITT through to Contract Award.· Ensure FM Contractors and Supply Chain Vendor source / employ competencies of the skilled tradesmen toperform the deliverables of the NOC Standards via an audit plan and processes in compliance to NOC Coatingand Access Standards.· Mentor and coach FM Contractors and Supply Chain Vendors in any identified gaps to reach a level of all NOCProjects.· Attend Supply Chain Vendor kick-off meetings to represent NOC in a Fabric Maintenance Superintendentcapacity to ensure the deliverables are clearly understood, addressing all clarifications on all NOC Standardsfor - Coating, Insulation, Fire Protection, Refractory Linings, Access, HSE, and Quality.· Review, Comment, Approve or Reject Vendor CTRs / quotations and Material Requisitions in compliance withthe Project needs and in compliance to all NOC standards.· Prepare and participate to Audit Plan for all aspects of NOC Fabric Maintenance Projects· Prepare and update NOC Fabric Maintenance Execution Strategy Document and Project Execution Plan,Written Instructions and Guidance documents for all Technical Queries and issues.· Review and perform structured gap analysis with recommendations for improvement of all NOC Standardsassociated Coatings, Insulation, Fire Protection, and Access to ensure all latest industry applicable Standards haverelevant revision number and identify narrative improvements within the current Standard to align with currentdiscipline activity industry best practices.
