Job Opportunity: Business Analyst / Project Manager – Organizational Design

We’re looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead an organizational design project. In this role, you will work closely with departmental leaders and change management teams to evaluate current structures, identify risks, and develop future-state models aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  
  
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and risk management
  
  
• Facilitate workshops and drive consensus across teams
  
  
• Support change management strategies and stakeholder engagement
  
  
• Track project performance and provide regular updates
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  
  
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or project management
  
  
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  
  
• Experience in process improvement, organizational design, or HR-related projects is an asset
