About the role
The In-House Service Engineer is to provide a range of services from Inspection, Troubleshoot, Repair and Calibration of Remote Visual Inspection (RVI products).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Repair and Calibration of RVI products (Industrial Borescope)
- Ensure that the assigned task is executed in a timely fashion and in line with Service Center expectations and requirements.
- Timely execution and completion of standard service reports, quotations, and other administrative requirements.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrate EHS mindset and compliance.
- Commitment to quality and service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Deliver reports and output documents within defined time within good quality after job execution.
To be successfull:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics/Electrical Engineering
- Have 1 years? experience with similar industry (Open for fresh graduate)
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing of optical or inspection equipment would be an advantage.
- Hands on experience of mechanical and electronics repairs
- Experience in the use of electronic measuring instruments i.e. multimeters, scopes etc.
- Knowledge of analog and digital technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to articulate issues by breaking them down to bite size chunks to elaborate on the method used to resolve it.
- Other day to day tasks
