Onshore Mechanical Superintendent SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION Directly Reports to:· Recovery and sustainability project Lead (N 1)· Head, Maintenance Recovery and Project Readiness (N 2) ACCOUNTABILITIES · To ensure compliance with NOC Incident Free culture, Health and Safety and environment policy isdelivering Incident Free Shutdowns and Campaigns.· Deliver assigned Recovery and sustainability scope on time and within budget.· Deliver R&S campaign planning, pre-work and preparation phases.· Report the R&S campaign preparation progress to stakeholders and management. JOB DIMENSIONS · Stakeholder management with maintenance support, manpower coordinator, logistics, preparation teams, IOPand data analyst.· Develop and manage campaign worklists as assigned in line with the approved 2Y plan· Deliver Recovery and sustainability scopes in compliance with the execution method and the Hypered solutionof mechanical and coating.· Ensure innovative access solutions are incorporated in the execution to ensure the hypered solution isimplemented.· Report campaign preparation progress, manage all activities in accordance with Recovery and sustainabilityManagement procedure and R&S Operating Rhythm.· Timely closure of actions assigned in the R&S Team action log under respective remit.· Maintain regular communication with site management, OIM/OTL’s, other onshore entities both within andout with the department (CSD, E&C, HSE, C&P, Logistics).· Create and maintain R&S campaign worklist in CMMS – SAP PALM.· Release of work orders for inclusion in R&S Campaigns in line with SAP PALM maintenance process.· Delegation of Authority Level I1 <$20k. PR/PO management as Decentralize Buyer.· Provide input to Campaign Strategy & Processes. ACTIVITIES
