OB TITLE Cost & Planning Engineer SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION Reporting to Backlog Project Lead N 1,Head of Maintenance Recovery and Project Readiness N 2 in M&I under Field Operation Division. ACCOUNTABILITIES To develop, maintain, monitor and control of Backlog Reduction Project & Recovery and Sustainability Plans ensuring that they are realistic, achievable and in line with NOC Corporate Planning cycles and business objectives. Ensure that the plans are in line with the Budget allocated and keep track of the budget file and Accruals. JOB DIMENSIONS 1- Key role in Field Operations, to integrate activities in field operations. Frequent meetings across NOC departments to ensure optimization and de-clashing of planned activities.2- Participate, contribute on 5W IOP meetings and follow 5 weeks M&I plans readiness ensuring activities are carried out and completed as per schedule.3- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, functional teams as required to meet operational objectives.4- Contribution to 4M/ 3Y Integrated Operations Planning.5- Contribute to the development of Maintenance and Inspection budget by providing and optimizing plans.6- Ensure alignment between 3Y plan and M&I department budget.7- Budget alignment with Project progress.8- Involvement in the financial control and Purchase requisite & Purchase order creation.9- Update the budget file with any change to the road map. ACTIVITIES · Ensure the specific NOC HSE procedures are always adhered to when preparing plans.· Review Synergy / Downgraded Situation (DGS) actions are well prioritized in the planning.· Participate in the development, maintenance, monitoring and control of the Maintenance and Inspection Department’sPlans 2 year, 4 months and 5 weeks plans ensuring that activities are optimized and integrated into the Business Planand IOP process for Backlog Reduction/Recovery and Sustainability Project.· Interface closely with the OC Planners, IOP Planners M&I stake holders and NOC Departmental Planners ensuring aconsistent and smooth transition of information and integration of plans.· Develop, maintain, monitor and control the offshore execution plans for the project.· Prepare and monitor planning and integrated resources KPI, weekly and monthly reports for the project.· Support the project team in any necessary information regarding IOP and project plans.· Support in meetings necessary for decision-making and to reconcile any clashes with other entities plans and any planoptimization.· Monitor, Challenge and provide feedback on the department’s readiness to execute planned scope with the aim ofensuring preparedness.· Support all vendor activities, approve TRF Mobilizations, ensuring they are adequately planned in advance andtimely manner; controlled all by authorized persons and satisfy statutory / NOC standards.· Visit Offshore Sites where possible to maintain good relations and ensure information flow is maintained efficiently.· All staff must be willing to participate in Crisis Response Training and to assist during Emergency Response Situations ifrequired.
