JOB TITLE Onshore Fabric Management Coordinator (OFMC) SITUATION IN ORGANIZATION · Drive an incident free environment through establishing and maintaining a strong safety culture.· Contribute to the development and execution of safe work processes, operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure process safety, operational safety, and plant integrity. Organize the activities and work of subordinates to ensure compliance to relevant health, safety (occupational & process) and environmental excellence procedures and controls within area of responsibility to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude. STRATEGIC, PLANNING & DIRECTION · Monitor annual base FM execution plan in line with set KPIs and agreed milestones and report on progress to contractor onshore support by preparing weekly, monthly and annual performance reports.· Promote effective communication of planning dates and plan changes to ensure where possible costs associated with mobilization/de-mobilization of manpower, equipment, web deck and scaffold designs, materials are kept to a minimum and within agreed CTR values.· Review output from risk based external coatings condition surveys and update data within CMMS.· Review the contractor prepared quality control reports to ensure all coatings hold points are being followed and that the reports are in line with company, contractor procedures and industry standards.· Closely monitor the quality observation register and report on any evident trends that need to be fed back to the FM contractor to promote continuous improvements and update on the weekly report.· Liaise with offshore FM, Inspection, Maintenance to support effective scheduling & planning of Painting activities ensuring that Fabric Maintenance (FM) Quality control and proficiency is maximized.· Identify opportunities and initiatives that enables maximum production output within the parameters of environmental compliance and process safety.· As required, provide onshore FM Superintendent with regular reports on performance and results, and to be held accountable for his area of responsibility.· Request the required design for scaffolding access according to the offshore site requirements and coordinate with the contractor’s focal point to obtain the necessary design for further revalidation for site construction.· Arrange the required scaffold materials & safety scaffold equipment from contractor, based on the site requirements and approved CTR.· Coordination with offshore FM, onshore inspection, and structural design team for the access design approval prior to execution phase.· Review the scope for web deck access and coordinate with relevant contractor to arrange the necessary materials, manpower, risk assessment & design along with the installation and De-installation duration.· Tracking web deck progress on daily basis and coordinating with web deck supervisor or offshore focal point.· Review the monthly manpower, P&E, materials timesheet, and invoices submitted by the contractor.· Prepare the close out report for additional scope and submit it to the R&S management for record purpose.
