NES Fircroft are seeking skilled Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) professionals to join our client, implementing directional drilling technologies across Australia. The ideal candidates will possess expertise in operating and maintaining drilling systems while working with advanced technologies such as mud processing, steering systems, and real-time data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HDD machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Utilize and interpret mud processing systems to support efficient drilling operations.
• Apply expertise in steering systems to maintain precision and control during drilling activities.
• Analyze and process live data to optimize drilling performance and address challenges in real-time.
• Adhere to all safety standards, environmental regulations, and company protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

Skills and Qualifications

• Certification in Drilling Operations (Horizontal Directional Drilling preferred)
• Proven experience in horizontal directional drilling, including exposure to mud processing systems and steering technologies.
• Familiarity with live data analytics and the ability to interpret and act on processed information.
• Previously worked in either an oil & gas and/or mining directional drilling environment in Australia
