Looking for Mechanical Engineer, who’s expected Competencies are as follows:-
1.    Min 10 years of experience in mechanical discipline for oil and gas production facilities or refineries, particularly of rotating equipment.
2.    Good knowledge in investigations and root-cause failure analysis and provide appropriate recommendations for the failure of mechanical static and rotating equipment.
3.    Effective reporting, communication, and shift handover skills.
4.    Familiar with PTW, confined space entry, process and mechanical isolations, operating integrity, H2S/SO2, personal protective equipment, etc.
5.    Lead with the mechanical & compression supervisor and obtain approved “Permit to work”, necessary tools and spare parts to carry out required mechanical maintenance, installation or modification work, ensuring all work is completed according to specific instructions, applicable methods and procedures, and in compliance with QHSE standards.
6.    Input, scheduling and planning of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
7.    Well knowledge of alignment methods and alignment equipment. 
8.    Carry out the routine predictive and preventive maintenance checks on various mechanical equipment, including verifications tests, readings, alignment and technical testing of equipment after repairs
9.    Conduct installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of different types of pumps (centrifugal single and multistage pumps, chemical injection pumps and air operated diaphragm pumps).
10.    Well practical knowledge of dismantling and installing different types of mechanical seals and seal plans.
11.    Carry out routine predictive and corrective maintenance checks on Gas engine compressor including changing oil, cooling waters, oil filters, and spark plugs and maintained all auxiliary equipment.
12.    Conduct maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of screw compressors.
13.    Carry out routine predictive and corrective maintenance checks on Gas turbines.
14.    Conduct maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of fan coolers.
15.    Conduct installation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of different types of static equipment such as (shell and tube heat exchanger, plate heat exchanger, filters, strainers, piping, flanges and valves).
16.    Show expertise in leading team.

Candidates with previous Schlumberger experience preferred.
