1. Be responsible for recording all production-related operation information during the shift at the oil transfer station. There must be no omissions or errors in the recording of key operational information.
2. Master the dynamic status of all equipment at the station and their operating conditions. Conduct inspections of the equipment and lines under your jurisdiction strictly according to the inspection requirements and routes. Report any issues immediately to ensure no oil leakage at the station. Record in detail the operational parameters of the production process and key data of main equipment such as oil transfer pumps, booster pumps, ultrasonic flow meters, generators, and storage tanks.
3. Carry out process operations such as normal transmission, ball launching and receiving, bypassing stations, and tank switching according to production dispatch instructions.
4. Be responsible for filling out and submitting various production reports such as daily reports, monthly reports, and diesel oil unloading records.
5. Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with relevant HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management regulations. Fill out related job safety analyses, work permits, and operation tickets as required, and execute the operations after approval.
6. Be responsible for assisting various professional engineers in equipment maintenance and repair to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflow and the safe and stable operation of the station.
7. Be responsible for receiving production-related phone calls and emails, and complete related operations immediately upon receiving instructions. Important information must be notified to the station master at the first instance.
8. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the duty room, and arrange production tools in accordance with regulations to achieve "three clean" standards: clean desktops and floors, clean tools, and clean equipment and facilities.
9. Be responsible for the classification and filing of various paper documents, making them readily available for review at any time.
10. Obey the work arrangements of superiors, complete tasks on time, with quality, and in quantity, do not leave your post, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the station.
