🔸Have an Associate's or BS Engineering degree with extensive gas/oil industry experience. 

🔸Have strong working experience of Onshore/Offshore Construction and Commissioning activities.

🔸Experience within Project: 15 years with at least with 10 years as Quantity Surveyor on Major oil & gas Projects

🔸Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail communications.

🔸Familiarity with ICAPs and PRODOM software will be a plus.
