No experience / No degreeNES Fircroft have partnered with a leading Australian oil & gas equipment and services business providing innovative and efficient expertise across coal seam gas (CSG) and drilling support operations in Queensland.
Our client, who has recently been awarded a long-term oil & gas services contract, has multiple new opportunities for Oilfield Operators to join the team on a contractual basis. This position is a 12-month contract with the option to extend, with market leading day rates on offer. It features a DIDO roster with equal days on and off, based in the Chinchilla area.

To succeed in the role:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver’s license
- Capability to maintain required medical clearances and consistently pass drug and alcohol testing.
- Ideally, have knowledge of oil & gas equipment operations, including workover, drilling fluid management, water treatment, or gas operations.
- Personally, you will be self-motivated and proactive. You will work well in team environments. You have a natural commitment to outcomes, with a specific interest in delivering results through others, powerfully leading a team to success.
- Ability to work a rotational roster.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
