1. Fluent in Spoken and written English . Arabic speaking is a plus
2. Minimum of 5 years of overseas project experience in onshore/ offshore Jacket for developing Fabrication plans , Cordination of Work between company , subcontractor & client , Managaing Budgets & schedules, Solving Technical problems & providing Technical assistance to ensure sucessful delivery of work , Ensuring Compliance to Safety & Quality Standards , Conduct Site Inspections & Supervise work of contractors & engineers .
3. Minimum of 3 years onshore fabrication experience
4. Should have proven track record of planning & execution with minimal supervision
