Aramco Approved Quality Manager:

• Develop and implement quality policies and procedures in accordance with Aramco standards.
• Plan and conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications and requirements.
• Work with project managers and engineers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Define project and portfolio KPIs
• Develop annual quality plans and ensure it is properly implemented.
• Ensure lessons learned are well understood at the start of projects.
• Automate technical quality checks
• Manage and supervise a team of quality engineers and inspectors and provide mentorship and training as needed. Review and approve quality documentation such as inspection reports, test plans and quality records.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Attend meetings with customers and regulators to discuss quality issues and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Perform evaluations and audits of suppliers to assess their ability to meet quality requirements.

Qualifications & Years of Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors in Engineering

Key Skills & Technical Competencies:

• Experience working on refinery projects
• Aramco approval is mandatory
