🔸University Degree in Engineering (Preferably in chemical, environmental or industrial engineering)
🔸15+ years of experience in oil and gas.
🔸Experience in an operational excellence, process integration, management of change role.
🔸Experience in developing process maps and swim lane diagrams and writing processes and procedures,
🔸Experience in process mapping, process performance management and continuous improvement, preparations of business case.
